Description
Rotala Red | Potted
Rotala Red grows small, oval leaves that are delicate in appearance. Provided with sufficient light and nutrients, the plant's leaves may turn from olive-green to pinkish, especially at the top of the stem.
Care & Maintenance for Rotala Red
Rotala Red will do well under varied conditions. The plant likes good light but will adapt to moderate lighting conditions and even lower temperatures, although the growth will be slower.
- Minimum Lighting Required: Moderate-High
- Temperature Range:65-85°F
- Tank Placement: Background
Rotala Red is ideal for planting in groups in the back or midground of the aquarium. Trimming may be necessary to keep the plant looking compact. However, the cuttings can be replanted to create a more dense group of plants and foliage.

Look lovely in the aquarium. Fishes haven’t bothered it and the potted ones do better than the bunches
