Description
Monte Carlo | Potted
Monte Carlo originates from Argentina. It has a delicate appearance with small, light green, oval leaves. It is an ideal plant for the midground and foreground area of the aquarium.
Care & Maintenance
It easily adapts to varying water temperatures and water conditions such as hardness or pH. Monte Carlo can be propagated from cuttings which will then form side shoots, creating a dense, carpet-like, appearance. The plant will grow best under good light. While CO2 supplementation is not required, it will allow the plant to grow faster and more compact.
- Minimum Lighting Required: High
- Temperature Range: 68-90°F
- Tank Placement: Foreground, Midground
Monte Carlo looks best when planted in small groups. Using good tweezers will make planting Monte Carlo much easier. Some pruning may be necessary to maintain a dense appearance.
Monte Carlo is also available in 4 oz Cup or on coco fiber.
