You’ll also find that some of our dragon wood stands straight up and down with a wide base and narrowing top. Other pieces lean out sideways like a delicately grown bonsai. Choose the right shape and size for you depending on the other driftwood, botanicals, and live plants in your tank.
Our Curing Process
Most of the time, driftwood isn’t ready to go from nature straight into your tank. We prepare our dragon wood for sale in a kiln to prevent contamination, pests, and water discoloration. After drying, our wood will not sink to the bottom of your tank right away. Hold it down with a rock so it can absorb water for about a week. Then, it will sit at the bottom of your tank perfectly!
