Description
Cryptocoryne Lucens | Potted
Cryptocoryne Lucens, also known as C. Willisii or C. Nevillii, originates from Sri Lanka. This small aquarium plant will grow no more than two inches high in the aquarium. It produces slender leaves in various shades of green.
Care & Maintenance for Cryptocoryne Lucens
The plant's small size makes it ideal for the foreground area in your tank. If provided with good conditions, and once established, Cryptocoryne Lucens will begin spreading across an open area in the aquarium. This plant is easy, adaptable and easy to grow if provided with stable conditions.
- Minimum Lighting Required: Moderate
- Temperature Range: 68-82°F
- Tank Placement: Foreground
Cryptocoryne Lucens is sometime confused with a similarly small Cryptocoryne Parva. The plant looks best if planted in small groups around rocks, driftwood and other aquarium decorations. It will appreciate good substrate and moderate level of light.
This plant is also available bareroot. Other Cryptocoryne varieties are also available, including Parva, Beckettii, Wendtii, and more.

Great Little Plant
This came in great condition. Right now only about 2 inches tall but growth is evident after the first few days. I'm sure it will be a great addition to my 55-gal L.
